About the Role
This is a senior BCBA role for a clinician who is ready to lead. Alongside your own caseload, you supervise a small team of BCBAs and BCaBAs: reviewing their cases, coaching their clinical decisions, and making sure every treatment plan and reassessment your team sends out is one you would sign yourself.
It is a leadership track. Supervisors work closely with our clinical leadership on training, quality and growth across our Missouri regions.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor a small team of BCBAs and BCaBAs through regular case reviews and clinical problem-solving
- Review treatment plans, reassessments and session documentation for quality and medical necessity before they go out
- Provide supervision for BCaBAs and provisionally licensed behavior analysts working toward the BCBA
- Onboard new clinicians and help them build strong, sustainable caseloads
- Carry your own caseload: assessments, treatment planning, RBT supervision and parent training
- Partner with clinical leadership on training, quality improvement and regional growth
What You’ll Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- A Missouri behavior analyst license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience practicing as a BCBA, with prior supervision or mentoring experience preferred
- The BACB 8-hour supervision training completed, or willingness to complete it
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home and community sessions
- Ability to pass a background check
What We Offer
- Competitive pay, with structured increases tied to performance and tenure
- Flexible hours, with many different schedules available
- Manageable caseload sizes
- Annual CEU support and access to training resources
- Weekly clinical team meetings and an open-door leadership team
- Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship from senior clinicians
