About the Role
As a BCBA at Archways ABA you own your cases. You assess each child, write a treatment plan built around the family’s goals, train and supervise the RBTs who deliver it, and adjust the plan as the data come in.
You work with families in their homes, at our center-based clinic in St. Peters and over telehealth, with a manageable caseload and a clinical team that meets every week to work through hard cases together.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, including skills assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Write individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans with measurable goals
- Supervise, train and give feedback to the RBTs on your caseload, in line with BACB supervision requirements
- Lead parent and caregiver training so skills carry over between sessions
- Review session data regularly and adjust programs based on what the data show
- Keep documentation accurate and audit-ready, and submit treatment plans and reassessments on time for insurance authorization
- Coordinate with schools, pediatricians and other providers on each child’s care
What You’ll Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- A Missouri behavior analyst license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism; early-intervention experience is a plus
- Clear clinical writing and the ability to explain progress to parents in plain language
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home and community sessions
- Ability to pass a background check
What We Offer
- $65–$95 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time salaried positions with benefits available
- Flexible hours, with many different schedules available
- Manageable caseload sizes
- Annual CEU support and access to training resources
- Weekly clinical team meetings and an open-door leadership team
