BCaBA or Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst

About the Role

This role is for two kinds of clinicians: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and behavior analysts practicing on a Missouri provisional license while they prepare for the BCBA exam. Either way, you work under an experienced Archways BCBA, take on real clinical responsibility, and get structured, documented supervision as part of the job.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and help refine treatment plans under the direction of your supervising BCBA
• Conduct skills assessments and help draft treatment plan updates and progress reports
• Train and support RBTs on program implementation and data collection
• Collect, graph and analyze data to track each child’s progress
• Lead parent and caregiver training sessions with guidance from your BCBA
• Keep documentation accurate, timely and audit-ready

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCaBA certification, or a Missouri provisional behavior analyst license (or eligibility for one) while you prepare for the BCBA exam
• For BCaBAs, a Missouri assistant behavior analyst license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Organized, coachable and comfortable explaining progress to parents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home and community sessions
• Ability to pass a background check

Where and When You’ll Work

You can work at our center-based ABA clinic at 4085 N St. Peters Parkway in St. Peters, in families’ homes across Missouri, or both. We are hiring in St. Louis, West County, Chesterfield, St. Charles, O’Fallon, St. Peters, Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, Independence, Springfield, Columbia and Jefferson City.
