Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism. Conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families.
Senior BCBA role with added supervisory responsibilities for a small caseload of junior BCBAs and BCaBAs. Leadership track with advancement opportunity.
Assist BCBAs in implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting client progress. Supervision hours provided toward BCBA certification.
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Training and RBT certification support provided for qualified applicants.
Manage new client inquiries, insurance verification, and onboarding. Compassionate communicator with strong organizational skills needed.
